The Texas State University Dietetic Internship is a graduate-level, ACEND accredited program that includes over 1200 hours of supervised practice and four graduate courses, with a program concentration in pediatric nutrition. Program graduates receive a total of 18 hours of graduate credit, and are qualified to take the Registration Examination for Dietitians administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Those interested in a master's degree can combine the dietetic internship with the master of science in human nutrition at Texas State.
